Personal Assistant to AFR Area Leader

This role exists to support the area leader with administrative functions as we seek to support fields.

Reports: directly to Area Leader.

The work can be done remotely as well as on site.

Support Services Leader

The Support Services Leader is a core role which oversees and is involved in various ministry activities. The Support Services team serve as the engine of the Ministry; through administrative, financial, personnel and communication functions, frontline missionaries are able to be cared for as they spread the gospel of Jesus Christ.

The role of Support Services Leader is needed in the furtherance of the gospel.

Farm Manager

Kansuli Farm is a sustainable project of OM Lake Tanganyika. It is a means of assisting local missionaries as they share the gospel of Jesus Christ, funding local ministries and the farm is an access path to sharing the gospel to nearby communities.

School Administrator

OM Lake Tanganyika is situated along the beautiful lakeshore of Lake T. Our Good News II school seeks to reach out to the orphans and the vulnerable children to see them grow in the fear and admonition of the Lord. Good News II School strive toward excellence, continued growth and compassion to our pupils. A School Administrator works to bring together these values at our main campus and in other village pre-schools. Pupils are in need of great care as many come from difficult situations.

Journalist

As a journalist with OM, you would serve OM offices around the world by writing stories for the purposes of advocacy, recruiting, financial development, education, awareness and prayer. The position involves producing insightful and engaging content of ministry, culture and people that will be used in print and online publications. The writer will accurately and creatively document how God is working through OM, while encouraging audience engagement with OM through praying for, giving to, or joining missions.

Project Construction and Maintenance Manager

Do you have the heart to serve with us at the Lake Tanganyika, we are looking for the project manager who is responsible for upcoming and existing projects.

Sustainable Development Manager

Do you have a heart to see people in mission field, to succeed in reaching the world with full gospel in all areas of life, spiritual, emotional, financial, and intellectual? Then we need you at Lake Tanganyika.

The sustainable projects done at Lake T will support the running of ministry and support local missionaries. Projects will assist in the continuance of God's work.

Good News II School teaches orphan and vulnerable children. We seek to see families transformed by reaching out to children through discipleship, educationally and socially. We want to see children growing in the Lord.

Chief Finance Officer: Zambia

To support the Zambia leadership team and the Area Chief Financial Officer with regards to the oversight of financial operations within Zambia and to provide accountability and integrity.

Financial Development Manager

FD: Income generation is critical to ensure that our ministries are well resourced, and our personnel fulfil their roles to their best capacity. We believe that there needs to be a healthy balance between income generation from within Zambia, combined with fundraising activities through our partners. We need someone to further define this balance in our financial development strategy and execute this strategy with the financial development team.
